Risk Mitigation Action Plan
 

Bar Manager / Duty Manager:


• To be solely identified on the Duty Board next to the Bar.
• Responsible for displaying License on Notice Board.
• Responsible for briefing all staff working that day of their obligations under the License conditions.
• Responsible for adherence of the License.
• Liaison with Police, Licensing Officers and Security on Game Day.
• To be visible within the confined area of the clubrooms and upper balcony area.
• Ensure we meet our obligations under the Sale & Supply of Liquor Act 2012.

Sale of Alcohol:


• No service to intoxicated persons/ or those suspected of. These should be referred / identified to the Bar Manager / Security.
• Challenge Age Verification. The “Under 25 years” Rule will apply, and the only accepted forms of ID are: a current NZ Driver’s License, a current Passport or an 18+ Card.
• Sale of Beer to be in either 330ml de-pressurised cans or plastic containers.
• No more than 4 alcoholic beverages per customer per serve.
• RTD’s in cans with alcohol content of 5% permitted for sale.

 

Hostess/Doorman

• Refuse entry to any person suspected of being intoxicated.
• Ensures Visitors and Guests are signed in.
• Clip Member’s Membership Card for that Game Night.
• Stamp or wrist band upon entry Members, signed in Guests and Visitors.
• Bring to the Manager’s attention any concerns.

Bar Staff:


• Understanding of the License conditions being operated that day.
• Make themselves familiar with the limits being operated that day.
• Courtesy to be shown to all.
• Service only to those stamped or wrist banded.


Security:


• Understanding of the License conditions being operated that day.
• Interaction with the Bar Manager.
• Team Leader responsible for briefing all staff working that day of their obligations, placement of Staff to control Supporters Club License boundary and general behaviour of

Patrons.


• Security is responsible for supporting the Bar Manager / Committee members in the event of eviction through intoxication or unruly behaviour.
• Security are to be stationed on the Front Entry to the Clubrooms, on Entry from the Balcony Area to the Clubrooms, on Exit from the Balcony towards the Blue seat Area, and on the stairway between the Blue and White seated Areas to allow for separation of Supporters Club Members and the General Public and thereby contain our License Perimeter.

Committee Members:


• All to make themselves familiar with the Sale & Supply of Liquor Act 2012.
• To contribute to the Reduction of Alcohol Abuse.
• All to be familiar with the type of License being applied for and the License dates being applied for.
• All of those present on Game Day in the Clubrooms to be familiar with the License conditions being operated that day.
• To be identifiable to Patrons.
• Courtesy to be shown to all.
• To support the Bar Manager where required.
• To each have a supportive role on Game Day when present in the Clubrooms.
